Who Are We? The Board Of Directors
The Board is made up of shareholders who meet monthly to discuss and plan works necessary for the estate, and to oversee the financial operations of the Grange Residents Company. Unusually, Steve and Richard are joint shareholders, and have a single vote on the board.
Anybody can contact the Board, and anybody can apply to be a director. Applications are not typically refused.
The Annual General Meeting offers an opportunity to discuss matters with the board, and to nominate new directors.
