AGM And Budget

Covid regrettably prevented the AGM taking place in March, but as restrictions are gradually eased it is hoped the postponed meeting can be held in person on the evening of Tuesday 13th July.

Formal notifications will be sent to shareholders when there is more certainty that such a gathering will indeed be permitted. 

Also, please find attached the budget for this financial year.
